i went to dr. routenberg when i was unemployed and barely able to afford my bills, much less dental work. but i had a chipped molar that practically became hollow, so i had to do something. after explaining my financial situation to him, he built up the tooth and crowned it at a ridiculously-low price. i paid about $400 for a procedure that normally wouldve cost about $700.
speaking as someone whos had more than her fair share of extreme dental work, i know this was a very good deal.
i like his office. its like what youre mom used to take you to when you were a kid: just a small building with some rooms, some chairs, a small staff, and dental equipment. there are no frills for his patients to pay extra for in overhead costs. no army of dentists on the payroll, no office disguised as a day spa&
dr. routenberg has an excellent chair-side manner. he takes the time to listen and go over all the options with you. he explains everything so there are no surprises. he also gives a great Novocain shot, which (if youve ever had a bad one) you know how important that is.
his hygienist Jennifer (yes, he does have one) is also a very sweet lady.
if youre looking for a good dentist, I highly recommend him.
