About Front Desk: Cansler sent me a bill in June from from 2013. The office has no idea what they are doing. My insurance was billed for the visit in 2013, I paid the difference, and somehow, 2 1/2 years later they realized there was a balance. When I called the office to discuss the charge, they threatened to send the $100 bill to collections of its not paid by 9/1. $100 is not a big deal if billed timely, but a 2 1/2 year delay in billing is unacceptable. Totally unprofessional. I am dumbfounded as to how 2 1/2 years later, they are just now billing for the amount not covered by Aetna.
