Awful. Worst dentist I've ever had along with his wife Mai Ly Ramirez. Not conservative dentists at all - every time I came in there was another supposed cavity. How did I fix these cavities? I went and got a second and third opinion and discovered there were no cavities.
About Front Desk: Ridiculously dense and unable to get things done. Chosen based on their looks and ability to smile while delivering super-high estimates for procedures.

Terrible customer service. Seems like office was chosen based on looks rather than helpfulness. Took 6 months to get dental insurance reimbursement due to their repeated errors. Have never experienced anything like that before.
Beautiful decorated dental office. Convenient location (next to Glen Park Bart station). Friendly dentist. Seems competent, but only had 1 cleaning/x-ray appointment so do not know for sure. Did not return for recommended service.
Very expensive - they do not seem interested in cost-efficiency whatsoever.

I've been going to Dr. Dan for over 4 years now and I would never go to anyone else, why? because his entire office staff is friendly and courteous. The Glen Park office has the most up to date equipment and excellent music, you can put on headphones while you're being worked on. It's not an inexpensive office, but they have a wide range of dental payment plans you can get involved with if needed. I had some very jacked-up teeth when I first started going to Dr. Dan, I needed several root canal's and some gum surgery but for me it was a very relaxing experience, I had little to no pain after some of the most time consuming procedures and that had to do with how comfortable and relaxed the atmosphere is. My dental crowns match perfectly and as soon as I can save up more money I will be going in to have two dental implants done. I will be dealing with the Glen Park Dental office for a very long time. Thanks

Great Doctor and great office. Not the cheapest one, but well worth the $$$. Takes great care to explain everything. Pery patient comfrot oriented. Dr. GUstavson wants you to ahve pain free appoitment! I did not have cosmetic procedures with him, but 2 of my clients had and are very happy with him
