dr. Adams is awesome! she took her time with me and made me feel really comfortable! I am a very anxious patient and she made me feel at ease throughout the entire procedure. I would definitely recommend her!

She was slow and the receptionist was very rude. No way would I recommend this place. Rude girl at front desk. She was too busy texting with someone to even listen to me. Rude rude rude

This is actually not a criticism of Dr. Adams professional ability as I am certain she did the best job she could given the circumstances. Let's just say it was a root canal that went wrong in about as many ways as you can imagine. Again, not her fault, she didn't cause it. My only complaint is that the level of pain I was in I did not believe was addressed effectively nor completely enough. I was required to return for a second time to complete the job and each time I got the feeling that they saw my pain as temporary and minimized the influence it had on me. This was absolutely the most painful experience I have ever had and I think it could/should have been handled more aggressively. The staff was good, not great. Attentive but not engaging. I just felt like another patient and not one desperate for relief. Believe it or not I would still recommend them as I am sure the long term quality of their work is as good as any.

You definitely get what you pay for, and although it wasn''t cheap, the entire office had a wonderful feeling from the moment I walked in the door, to the time I left. The front office person was very sweet and knowledgeable, the assistant had worked there a long time, (I asked), and the Dr was very patient and calm.
I would go there again in a minute with any type of painful tooth.

Going to the endodontist is not an experience one wants to have. However, she and her entire staff put me at ease, explained matters thoroughly and respectfully, with none of the condescension so many medical "professionals" typically exhibit. Her work was technically masterly and skillful, discomfort was very much minimized, and any negative after effects were totally absent. Apart from the "negative" of having to visit an endodontist in the first place, my experiences ( 4, count 'em, four ! root canals ) were a really positive experience.
