In order to save the money from remaking a crown that did not fit, Alberts forced it in. then adjusted lower teeth to accommodate the bite. After I had increasing pain, he discharged me and wrote a letter to blame me for the result. I am now on liquid diet for over a year, troubled with TMJ pain everyday. Before, I never had such problem. I lost my ability to speak normally. My life has turned up side down that I spent over a year of time calling 10+ dentists, visiting 5 so far to get treatments. Alberts and office refused to give me my dental record until I called police they agreed to give me my record. He had attorney calling me in October 2014, asking me to not share my story, pull back reviews, they will come up with money. His attorney shouted at me when called me unexpectedly at home. After collecting receipt for the past six month, his attorney stopped responding. This is a game of buying time for them. Mr. Albert also lied about which teeth he adjusted. He lied excessively on the phone. When he threatened me. I called for police protection. The mouth guard made by him cost $600+ other doctor told me that can destroy my teeth. He insist on excessive work. I was not in pain and other doctors proofed it was not necessary.

Dr Alberts saved my Memorial day weekend. My back left crown cracked late on friday after the office closed. I used my kids ortho wax to get through but by saturday morning the side and bottom of my touge was badly cut up. I called him in the morning and told him my situation. He made a special trip to the office to smooth out the rough edges. He is just the BEST dentist, so caring and so professional. Great office staff as well.

Dr Alberts is the best! Everyone in his office is friendly and welcoming, and Dr Alberts does a wonderful job. I drive about an hour to see him, and it's well worth the drive.

Our family finds Dr Alberts to be only the finest Dentist there can be - Office expierence is extremely relaxing as he explains any treatments he is about to perform in an extremely detailed way -
His Hygentists are very polite, friendly, and professional who care about you the the patients, as well as you the person -
Sue his Office Manager is immensely friendly and provides a warmth in the office not found these days -

Dr. Alberts is kind, compassionate & honest. He is up on all the newest innovative techniques & enjoys always expanding his knowledge. He is not old fashion but his way of treating a patient is....Meaning you are NOT a file number you are an individual person that has worries, concerns, fears & obstacles. You can tell he has a passion for what he does & he does it well. He is NOT out for the money he always tells you what is necessary & what isn't & gives you options to fit your needs. He always has a bright smile & enjoys hearing about you or your family in addition to your dental needs. He has a wonderful staff that makes you want to hang-out in the office. I would recommend Dr. Alberts to anyone, any age - there aren't many medical professionals like him.
About Hygienist: They are pain free. Their instructions have improved my teeth rapidly. I always feel fresh, clean & bright when I leave there after a cleaning. They are always on time. Very curtious. When the staff doesn't change very often you know theres a reason why!

Dr. Alberts is an excellent dentist and chair-side manner. He has a wonderful office staff and the facilities are clean. My family's visits have been very positive and he's helped me immensely with my TMJ and migraine headaches.

The best dentist I've ever been to. Kind, communicative, excellent work. No pain. Ever. Can't recommend him and his faculty enough. We live in LA now and still use him when wer are back in Chicago. He's that good.

Dr Alberts has been my dentist for many years. He's kind, he listens, and he has accomodated my fears so that I could see him on a regular basis instead of hiding for years at a time. I had some serious issues to deal with and he helped me with every one, every time and never made me feel like a bother or like it was out of the ordinary for him. He also had his staff up to date about what to do and not do around me and that level of consideration is rare.
He's an excellent dentist and I'd highly recommend him to anyone searching for a truly quality doctor as well as a truly quality man.

Dr. Alberts is an excellent dentist. You might call him a holistic dentist as he does not use mercury fillings in his practice. I had peridontal disease and my previous dentist wanted me to have surgery. But Dr. Alberts worked with me to treat the problem and now I am disease free without surgery. He is very good with root canals. His "chair side" manner is very pleasant and he really puts you at ease. He also has super hygienists working for him. I highly recommend him.
