DR. Ruby is the ONLY dentist I have allowed to work on my mouth because as a child I was traumatized by an uncaring and unsympathetic dentist. Dr. Ruby is by far the most caring and concerned person even going so far as to help me with a crown that snapped off even though I've been unemployed nearly 2 years and had not dental insurance. I travel from Northern Illinois to see him and will continue until he retired...he better not...still need work.

Dr Ruby is a great dentist. You can always count on a professional job with someone you can trust. No stress whatsoever. I absolutely love him!!!

This office uses non detailed,
general receipts which do not list which procedures were done,
what was performed, or how much each procedure costs. They provide patients with the
total, and then make it very difficult to find out what they are charging for. The secretary is very unhelpful with any inquiries about that. They make it a big deal, as if it was a big problem for them to give the explanation of the charges. Few times the price that I paid was incorrect, and was way above what my portion would be after the insurance.
Dr Wang who works in the office had me come in for a routine cavity filling, which ended up being a root canal. The tooth wasn't even hurting.
When I tried to get a copy of the x-ray to get second opinion they made it a big deal trying to tell me there is no point in doing so.

Excellent care and services provided at Dr. Ruby's office. I had implants placed with success and britesmiles done here without any complaints

My husband had throat cancer and the treatments left his teeth week and falling out. Dr. Ruby crowned all of the front ones and gave my husband back his self esteem. I could never thank him enough.
