This office uses non detailed,
general receipts which do not list which procedures were done,
what was performed, or how much each procedure costs. They provide patients with the
total, and then make it very difficult to find out what they are charging for. The secretary is very unhelpful with any inquiries about that. They make it a big deal, as if it was a big problem for them to give the explanation of the charges. Few times the price that I paid was incorrect, and was way above what my portion would be after the insurance.
Dr Wang who works in the office had me come in for a routine cavity filling, which ended up being a root canal. The tooth wasn't even hurting.
When I tried to get a copy of the x-ray to get second opinion they made it a big deal trying to tell me there is no point in doing so.
