Horrible customer service skills by his staff. Dr. Radin himself is very pleasant and professional who caters to cowards. However, they will not work with you regarding payment plans. They even go as far as getting you in the chair, shooting you with Novocain and then ask you to leave until your balance is paid down! This happened to me even thought I sent a letter with my payment intentions and no one called me to tell me it was not acceptable. My balance was $1000.00 and I said I could pay $50.00 every 2 weeks which I was doing. I was completely embarrassed and believe the situation should have been handled over the phone and not while the patient was in the chair just numbed. They wasted my time and lost my business.

Dr. Radin and his staff are the greatest group you will ever meet. Dr. Radin is an excellent dentist with excellent values. Dental work anywhere can be expensive and nobody works for free. Sometimes its worth paying a little extra for the promise of quality work and a friendly experience. Which by the way is hard to find!!!

I went to DR Radin for many years, he does the BEST work, unfortunately, his staff did NOT keep up with my treatment plan giving me a guess until when I was supposed to return on his treatment via my being able to pay.
Demanded FULL payment for ongoing procedures which I could not pay, leaving me with a wrecked ongoing treatment plan which had previously worked fine for many years.
He is the COOLEST Dentist you will ever meet, unfortunately I got a collection agency after me for 700 bucks when I was out of area for a long time..., will pay, but man.. I guess I cant go back to him, would like too, but, his staff is "money hungry"..dont put blame on him.
Insurance for Dental work is almost non existent, 1K is the usual..you can use that up in an hour or so..
Dr. Radin is THE BEST...He knows who I am..the "Jazz Guitar Player"..
