My husband called to confirm they accepted our insurance (BCBS) before we brought our two children for a cleaning. They said they accepted our insurance. I asked at the cleaning to confirm they accepted our insurance, they took copies of my insurance card and said they would confirm. After the cleaning they scheduled a follow-up to seal my son's molars. After the second appointment I received a bill for over $700. When I called to inquire, they said that they didn't actually accept our insurance and charged my credit card more than $700. My extended family has been going to Dr. Grady for years. I am so disappointed at how we were treated. I take responsibility for the first appointment, but they should have confirmed the insurance before having us back for a second appointment 3 weeks later. We've never had a dentist that didn't accept our insurance.
About Front Desk: Whoever misinformed us about whether the office accepted our insurance was very careless and their mistake cost us over $700 and cost Dr. Grady multiple patients for years to come.

Dr. Grady is the best there is. I have been going there for years, the cleanings are quick and painless and they show you ways to improve your current oral hygiene routine. I have had two crowns put on by Dr. Grady and couldn't be happier with the results.

This office is wonderful! Dr. Grady's wife, "Terry the Toothfairy", cleaned my 3 year old daughter 's teeth for the first time. When we walked in, Terry said that Ariel just got her teeth cleaned this morning and heard my daughter was coming so she left her a toothbrush and earrings. She sprayed "sparkles" in her mouth (air), used the magical toothbrush to get all the sugar bugs out so they didn't bite her teeth, and literally sang frozen songs with my daughter while cleaning her teeth (and watched Frozen while cleaning). I couldn't have asked for a better person to clean my daughter 's teeth and actually teared up because it is so amazing to see people go above and beyond to make something fun for your child. I would not go to another dentist and strongly recommend :)

Outstanding dentist with a very friendly demeanor. Alsways clear to me about my dental health and very proactive with respect to prevention measures.
