Always a great exam, cleaning, and treatment when i come. Dr. Kendra is professional and smart, while remaining friendly and practical. Takes note of any pain or discomfort so i am more comfortable and less stressed, and makes the visit great. When he finds problems he makes sure to talk to me about them professionally and never over charges.
About Front Desk: Extremely friendly and helpful, always help schedule appointment times that are convenient for you and remind you of them in a non-annoying way. They always inform you ahead of time if your appointment needs to be changed, etc.
About Hygienist: Very nice, but can be a bit rough sometimes.

we scheduled an appt with dr kendra and came in and we were taken care of by someone else. a young female. with no explanation as to why. my daughter had to have 2 baby teeth removed- she's 12. they said they would give her laughing gas and a couple numbing shots. they never gave her the laughing gas and had to give her several numbing shots which weren't working as well as they should have and pried her teeth out while she was screaming and crying in pain.
