Great staff, lovely facility! Everyone was very friendly and I was comfortable the minute I walked in the door. The room I was seated in had a TV, so I felt relaxed my whole visit.
About Front Desk: Front office staff is very helpful and friendly! They went over all the work that I needed done and what my financial options were.

Sorry for brevity but am limited on characters. Full review on Angie's List. My wife and I scheduled cleanings here. I went in first and was told that all was good. They wanted to replace 4 older fillings. I signed the plan and scheduled my follow up.
My wife went in the next day. She's never had dental issues but they told her she needed 10+ fillings. They didn't explain to her that these treatments would maxout our very good dental plan. She learned of this after her second visit. I thought it was odd but trusted the doc.
I go in for my follow up and my 4 filling plan turned into 7 more fillings for some reason (close to maxing out my benefits). When I asked what had changed from the last visit to this visit, I was clumsily told that this is the process they follow. I leave without work being done. I do some research and find that this is a common theme. I called another dentist and explained the situation. They agreed w me. My wife had more work scheduled with Kapers. She went into the new dentist for 2nd opinion and the treatment plan Kapers gave her. The new dentist said the work was not necessary and fixed some issues she was having free of charge. Kapers is fine for cleanings but if he suggest major work, get 2nd opinion.

I had the same problem as the previous person. I have been dealing with an issue with a crown/root canal since August 2012. After it taking months to complete the root canal due to Dr. Kapers cancelling, etc. the crown kept coming off. Instead of telling me that there was a bigger problem, Dr. Kapers continued to "try" to put the crown back on every time it came off and of course charged me every time. I moved to Indianapolis and went to a former dentist to find out that the $800 crown didn't fit and that there may be a bigger problem. I then was referred to a Periodontist and found out that I needed a crown lengthening. It is so frustrating that all of this could have been avoided had I been told that from the beginning. I hope that this review helps someone. I am out a lot of money because of this. I would not go to Dr. Kapers again if my life depended on it.

Go elsewhere. The only thing nice about this place is the fountain in the lobby. Dr kapers won't care to fix any if his mistakes. I know from experience. Save your money and your frustration.

This dentist is looking for the money. I have very good insurance and they planned on treating me until every penny of available insurance money was spent. They recommended replacing all my fillings, filling basically all my other teeth and maybe even a root canal. I saw another dentist a year ago and had no issues. I am getting a second opinion. Dont' waste your time or money here. You will see Dr. Kapers for less than 3 minutes and he will be wearing basketball shorts in the office when you do see him.
