The hygentist broke dgaughter's retainer and then attempted to charge $75 for repair. I went to an appointment at the correct time (1:00 pm) but the office was closed as a hygienist was ill however no one called to cancel and no àpology. Staff had a "so what" attitude.
Also they claimed to be approved by my dental insurance but they lied. Payment by insurance carrier was refused and then the office hounded me to payment which i refused.
Staff is rude and continued to call even after I told them not to as I was changing dentists.

He did 2 bridges and they are not done right. Very Expensive! He also put 4 implants in. I feel like he don't know how to do alot of the stuff he is doing. He keep the money that I paid extra. He is a Cheat...I would not recommend him to anyone. I was out for each implant 1,700.00. Total was over 7,000.00. He did bridge work on left and right side which each one had 4 teeth. He charged 6,8000.00 for the 2 bridges. I paided him 3,500,00 over all the other that I had paided and he finally gave me 1,000.00 of it back and said that he was not going to give me the other 2,500.00 back. He is a cheat and a he also lies about that he would give me the rest of the money back. He told that he wasn't going to give it back to me. He didn't tell me that, he tolded the BBB. I hope he enjoys cheating his patients.

He did 2 bridges and they are not correct. 4 implants that are missplaced. Cost me alot of money. He owes me for overpaided and want paid me back.

Wisdom tooth extraction. Left bone fragments that became infected. Had to have oral surgery . Oral surgeon said way too complicated that Dr. Pleasant should never had attempted.

The Dentist has done a lot of work in my mouth, 4 crowns. I was told they would last rest of my life, 3 have alread had to be done again in less than 3 years.
I am having another Dentist to the work, never again wil I see Pleasant
