This was my first visit to Dr. Milam but the setting was very comfortable and pain free. I am scheduled to go back for fillings and I'll update it anything changes
About Hygienist: Hygenist was very friendly and kept me well informed

they say "I am not rich enough to buy cheap things!" the same things applies to dentists! Dr. Milam may be a little cheaper compared to his colleagues (which is really not!) but his service is way less worthy of what you paid for. And the other thing is his personality and character is cheap as well! Despite most other dentists, he doesn't care to explain what he's about to do that day or in what condition your tooth is. And one other thing. I will never forget the moment when his assistant came to me 15 minutes through Dr. Milam's work on my tooth when i was laying with one side of my mouth completely numb and asked for my credit card for that day's payment!!!! This doctor can't even wait half an hour to get paid! maybe he was thinking: what if he has no money and i will be screwed?!

The office setting was quite nice. I have only had 1 trip to Dr. Milam, but they saw me same day on an 'emergency'. The wait was a bit longer than I would have liked to have waited, but considering they squeezed me in while I was in pain, I appreciated it! Dr. Milam is a covered provider for my dental insurance. This was my first trip to the dentist since this new insurance kicked in on July 1. I paid my $50 deductible and nothing else is owed or at least I am yet to receive a statement. It appears all of his services are billed at a 'customary' rate!

The staff is very friendly. Service was a little slow, took almost an hour of waiting to get seen. The patient rooms were small and had older equipment, but the visit went smoothly and I was well taken care of.
