The people were very nice but the facility and technology was not very clean. I had to share a room with another client, the cleaning was not very thorough, and they told me what was wrong with my mouth but did not follow up about how to fix it. I am very picky with dentists and am going to try to find another, even though my friend is satisfied with their service.

I was experiencing acute tooth pain. Dr. Tom was able to see me the same day. His personality is very calm and comforting. He discussed everything he was doing in complete detail and expained what he was looking at on the xrays. I would recommend him to anyone!

LOVE Dr. Tom and his staff. I am an anxious patient, but he does a great job of making me feel relaxed and comfortable. The office is clean and has all the latest technology. I would recommend him to all of my friends and family!

Dr. Tom was very friendly, knowledgeable, and gentle. His injections and procedures were painless. I have been to him several times for my dental work and each time has been a pleasant experience. His office is extremely professional and very relaxing. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I asked them (front office staff) to do a pre-authorization for any services - they said they did and gave me a verbal estimate of the charges. However, they did not actually speak to my insurance company and it ended up costing me a bundle due to the fact that they used many materials and methods not covered by my insurance. When I spoke to the office manager to get the situation resolved, I was told that I could find a new dentist because they did not care if I was happy or not.
Other complaints:
During the procedures, nothing was explained to me at all. I am not familiar with this - I feel that all treatments should be explained to the patient. I was criticized for asking questions. The patient should not be criticized for asking questions about the treatments or cost of the treatment.
And after all of this trouble, I am having a problem with the work that was performed. I now have sensitivity in my teeth where the dental work was performed. I do not care to visit this dentist again, and I strongly recommend that you do not visit either.
