dr. burton stein is a horrible dentist. he looks very dirt and doesn't smell that pleasant. he's not gentle at all... he was jamming the little mirror into my wisdom teeth so hard for no reason. he's so rude and when I had to grab his hand out of my mouth because he was hurting me so bad.... he was very angry I didn't want him to take my wisdom teeth out. I couldn't even believe he treated a customer who's been going there for years like that.

He has been my dentist for 6 years and always done excellent work. Very dedicated to his craft. Would recommend Dr. Stein to ANYONE!! Staff is great also!

Hes done extractions on me when I was in pain and he was the best iv gone to iv tryed to find some 1 that did as good as him andhis staff dont exsis ty dr stein

I am 58 and Dr Stein has managed to keep most of my teeth intact in spite of my lack of consistensy of care and nightime grinding.Recommended to all

I have had Dr Stein as a dentist for 15+ yrs.I grind my teeth and do not floss as I should so one can imagine the work I have needed done over the years.I have to say I can't remember one appt where I suffered any pain to speak of .I have nothing but praise for this doctor and the fact that he is a pleasant gentleman is bonus.As far as the difficulty in getting an appt I can only reference the law of supply and demand.Forgive the pun but word of mouth is the best advertising .

Dr Stein is a great dentist, but his office staff is horrible! Rude, never pleasant on the phone, and will refuse to give you another appointment even if you call and cancel two days before!! I have never heard of this. I have always heard you need to give 24 hour notice to cancel. I wonder if Dr Stein is aware of this? It is unfortunate, since he is so good. I always have people asking me to recommend a good dentist, but it is not worth seeing him to have to go through the office staff.

Wisdom tooth removed by this doctor. He ruptured nerves in my lips & jaw. I've had no feelings on the left side of my lip & jaw for over 2 months now. I've had teeth removed by other dentists none as painful with serious complications as this. He had a very hard time and destroyed nerves in my jaw. The day after the extraction I felt like I had been in a auto wreck. I do not recommend this dentist for extractions.

Dr. Stein is a great dentist...He has a Nazi hygenist who tears my mouth up every time I go there though.

Dr. Stein is a great pain-free dentist. I've been going to him for over 20 years now and never worry if I have to have something done. He makes going to the dentist an enjoyable experience (imagine that)!!! His hygenists are always personable and do a wonderful job. If something is wrong, the front desk staff will fit you in asap.
