Dr. Lapidus is an unbelievable dentist. He is professional, caring and efficient. I cannot say enough about Dr. Lapidus, he is the best!

I have been a patient of Dr. Lapidus for almost 30 years and he is, without a doubt, the most professional, skilled, and talented dentist with a wonderful chair side manner. Prior to seeing Dr. Lapidus, I had been plagued with a lifetime of dental problems. Dr. Lapidus has sheparded me through several dental implants, creating innovative solutions so that I always looked as though all my teeth were intact and he created the most perfect "teeth" and crowns- everyone thinks I have the most beautiful smile. His staff has always been responsive and available in an emergency, even on the weekends. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Lapidus.
About Hygienist: I get cleanings 4 times a year and all his hygienists are great- Nancy is my personal favorite.

I've been a patient of Dr Lapidus' for over 10 years. Before I started going I was terrified of going to the dentist. I had a really bad experience. I hadn't gone for years. I went to Dr Lapidus & I was very comfortable. Him & his staff a very warm & friendly. He will explain everything he does. No matter what in dept. He draws pictures for me especially because I don't always understand the technical terms. He is very patient with me, I don't get numb easy & I have a jaw problem. Neither he nor his assistants get frustrated with me. If I have an emergency I am always told to come right down, their hours are very accommodating to my schedule. They're open nights & weekends. One day I called with an emergency & Dr Lapidus was teaching at Harvard but they still told me to come right down. I just wanted to share my great experience about Dr Lapidus. I think it's a great office & staff. I tell all my friends & family to go see Dr Lapidus.
About Hygienist: I have seen several of the hygienist. They are all equally great. They are very personable. They remember who I am & about me when I come in. They are very thorough.

His work does not come up to his own build up . Does not stand behind his work Bad dentalchair manor. If you DONT care for a good denture fit and have funds to throw away he would be perfect for you. If your looking for a good denist look elsewhere.

Dr. Lapidus is the best dentist I have ever seen. He is skilled, extremely intelligent, and always looking out for the best interests of his patients. I've recommended him to everyone I know for the past 20 years.

never had any problem for 20 odd years, the office had evolved a lot and is constantly being updated and renovated. i believe he is extremely knowledgeable, honest and produces the utmost quality of care. Is rarely running more than a few minutes late

Overall pleasant, professional environment. Dr. Lapidus is friendly, caring and very attentive to nuances. The quality of his work is excellent.

I went to Dr. Lapidus for about four years. I'd always been quite pleased with his work, and have gotten several compliments (including from my new dentist and hygenist) on the bonding he did on my teeth. Like another reviewer, I think the facilities need cleaning and updates. Another gripe is that it cost me $85 for a single syringe of bleaching fluid that I can get for much less on the internet (in fact, I can get two syringes of the same brand for approximately $20 less). I probably would have continued seeing Dr. Lapidus and just buying my bleach elsewhere, but he doesn't accept my new insurance.
Customer service--most of the women (as they do seem to be all women) working in the office are very pleasant. There is one that is slightly stand-offish. I'd probably give them 3.5 stars instead of 3.

I've been seeing Dr. Lapidus for years, as have many members of my family. He does great work, his staff is very good with nervous patients, and my cleanings have always been very thorough.
Dr. Lapidus LOVES his work! He is wonderful with patients and his staff. He also teaches at Tufts (I believe). I have had some appointments when an intern was present, and Dr. Lapidus explained the procedure to the intern and then to me in a way we both understood.
The front desk and business staff is very knowledgeable on billing issues, scheduling follow-ups, etc.
I have never been disappointed in the work that was performed.
And they are located close to public transportation and usually have available parking. I almost forgot the office hours - they have expanded their hours over the years and make themselves very available.
