I went to Dr. Lapidus for about four years. I'd always been quite pleased with his work, and have gotten several compliments (including from my new dentist and hygenist) on the bonding he did on my teeth. Like another reviewer, I think the facilities need cleaning and updates. Another gripe is that it cost me $85 for a single syringe of bleaching fluid that I can get for much less on the internet (in fact, I can get two syringes of the same brand for approximately $20 less). I probably would have continued seeing Dr. Lapidus and just buying my bleach elsewhere, but he doesn't accept my new insurance.
Customer service--most of the women (as they do seem to be all women) working in the office are very pleasant. There is one that is slightly stand-offish. I'd probably give them 3.5 stars instead of 3.
