Dr. Millen is a considerate, intelligent, skilled professional. He is the best dentist I have experienced as far as pain management during a procedure, perfectionism in his work and pleasant caring manner chair side. He is the only dentist in my lifetime who called me at home to see how I felt after a particularly difficult procedure (difficult for me, not for him). He will look at my insurance coverage and help me prioritize the work so that I am not burdened with large costs all at once. Simply the best dentist I have ever come in contact with.

Dr. Millen is very professional. He explains my treatment plan extremely well with great detail. The quality of his work is among the best. He is wonderful as a dentist. It is a pleasure to be his patient.

Dr. Millen's office is very clean and pleasant. The office staff is kind and efficient. I have been very pleased with Dr. Millen's treatment. I am very nervous on the dental chair, but Dr. Millen always makes me feel comfortable. The location is great too... right on Newbury Street. If you need a genral dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Millen! :)

Dr. Millen does thorough work, and provides care options when applicable. His beside manner could use some improvement (sometimes feels rushed).
The hygenists in the office are generally friendly, pleasant, and thorough.
The front desk staff are friendly when you're in the office, but unhelpful on the phone. Scheduling at this office can be difficult. God help you if you need to cancel an appointment and reschedule. We've also had a couple of situations with dental emergencies (broken crowns, etc.) when we couldn't be "fit in" for almost a week.

He is a young and nice dentist. However, I do feel that the office dentists are always trying to hustle me for changes and they don't seem to be too friendly if I refuse any service.
I have had a few fillings done by the doctor but it seems that something goes wrong with them after 1 year.
I am indifferent about the doctor's ability. I haven't had any major work done with him except fillings.
The office's Oral Surgeon, Dr. Daher, is an excellent doctor.
I had both my wisdom teeth removed by him and it was effortless.

Dear Readers,
After a sports related accident, Dr. Millen placed some crowns over my front teeth. I was concerned about having a normal looking smile, but Dr. Millen's work surpassed my expectations.
Not only do my new teeth feel like the old ones, but they are also whiter, shaplier, and straighter than before. Dr. Millen is a consummate professional and I highly recommend him.

Dr. Millen is a great guy. He is gentle and funny and kind and very competant. When it comes to crowns he is an artist. Can be a tad pricey, but saw me right away in an emergency. I am very happy with my dentist for the first time.
