Dr. Millen does thorough work, and provides care options when applicable. His beside manner could use some improvement (sometimes feels rushed).
The hygenists in the office are generally friendly, pleasant, and thorough.
The front desk staff are friendly when you're in the office, but unhelpful on the phone. Scheduling at this office can be difficult. God help you if you need to cancel an appointment and reschedule. We've also had a couple of situations with dental emergencies (broken crowns, etc.) when we couldn't be "fit in" for almost a week.
