when I took my daughter to see Dr. Micheli, she was 4 (she is now 24) of course she was nervous at the time she was just a little girl. I will never forget what Dr. Micheli said...This is,why dentists kill them selves! in front of my daughter because she was upset?? I turned him in..i can't believe that he is still practicing. His mother Ada is just as inept and ride. Steer clear!

Bad dentist, said if I had pain "you'll deal with it". Poor fitting of 2 crowns he talked me into, didn't adjust them for fit/bite. Also did a filling with an "overhang" that caught food and floss. More interested in speed than anything else. I had to find another dentist to correct his poor work.

The only reason I gave them 1 star, is because I cannot put 0 stars. My first experience with the office was not bad, so I scheduled my 4 kids for routine cleanings.
The elderly receptionist gave me an appointment card saying saying to be there at 2pm. We showed up 1:40pm, 20 minutes prior to appointment time. After they took 2 other people back who arrived after we did, we asked what was going on. The receptionist said our appointments were not until 3pm. My husband produced the appointment card, with her handwriting, that said it was at 2pm. She got very rude and told him she did not appreciate his attitude. She was unprofessional, and gives me reason to question her ability running an office. For some stupid reason, we continued to wait.
When I got to the back with my kids, Dr. Micheli scolded me in front of my son, for my husband being upset. I told him what happened. He shook his head and said we were wrong, and went back and forth with me for a few minutes... STILL in front of my 6 yr old son. He was very rude and unprofessional, and completely out of line. He is lucky I let him touch my children at all. I don't think I have ever been so infuriated with a dentist. Absolutely will NOT return.

full upper ,partial bottom . illfitting and used wire to repair them after 3 days and it rusted like it was a paper clip
