The only reason I gave them 1 star, is because I cannot put 0 stars. My first experience with the office was not bad, so I scheduled my 4 kids for routine cleanings.
The elderly receptionist gave me an appointment card saying saying to be there at 2pm. We showed up 1:40pm, 20 minutes prior to appointment time. After they took 2 other people back who arrived after we did, we asked what was going on. The receptionist said our appointments were not until 3pm. My husband produced the appointment card, with her handwriting, that said it was at 2pm. She got very rude and told him she did not appreciate his attitude. She was unprofessional, and gives me reason to question her ability running an office. For some stupid reason, we continued to wait.
When I got to the back with my kids, Dr. Micheli scolded me in front of my son, for my husband being upset. I told him what happened. He shook his head and said we were wrong, and went back and forth with me for a few minutes... STILL in front of my 6 yr old son. He was very rude and unprofessional, and completely out of line. He is lucky I let him touch my children at all. I don't think I have ever been so infuriated with a dentist. Absolutely will NOT return.
