I have never felt rushed, Dr. Bass listens to my questions and concerns. He is not full of himself. When I needed a crown before the end of the year, he worked with me to make possible the multiple appointments requisite for a crown shaping, molding, fitting etc. I found his fees to be quite affordable, and understandable. I did not think he charged for superfluous stuff just to make money and he was upfront about the costs- it came to significantly under what he estimated.
About Hygienist: His assistant Judy is very kind, helpful, and always pleasant. She quickly learned my name and the names of my family members.

I chose Dr. Bass after reading some good reviews from DR.Oogle, and I was very happy with my choice. His office is quiet, and the service is very attentive. Dr. Bass performs the cleanings himself, and is quite thorough. I was lucky enough to only need basic regular cleanings. Insurance was never a problem, and the receptionist was always very nice. I would highly recommend Dr. Bass to anyone in the Boston area.

so great, his assistant judy is also very helpful. they understood my insurance situation and were very helpful in finding an awesome oral surgeon.

This dentist was very personable and took good care of me in consideration of my dentist anxiety. I would reccommend him to anyone.

Dr. Bass is very conservative in his treatment decisions. He has made some mistakes filling cavities for me. I appreciate that he does my teeth cleanings himself. He is an old school dentist.

I went to Dr. Bass because he was on my plan & was on Dr. Oogle. I really like him - he was humorous & made me @ ease. I went there for a cleaning & examination. I hate the cleaning part 'cuz I don't like the sound of scratching metal. It is a 1-man operation but he was quick & very thorough. Facility is not modern but adequate. I need a root canal & his receptionist/off.mgr was very knowledgable and help w/ my insurance & finding an Endodontist. I would definitely recommend Dr. Bass as their primary dentist.

Dr. Bass may be a decent dentist but he has no clue how to run a business. He's too cheap to hire a full time receptionist, so whenever you call, he tells you to call back later because he's with a patient. On the patient end, he's constantly being interuppted by phone calls. He took x-rays after telling me they were covered by my insurance and they weren't. I was charged for the x-rays and when I complained, he said he'd rather lose me as a patient than pay for them. So, he lost me as a patient.

I have only used Dr. Bass for basic cleaning and a couple of fillings, but he seems to do careful and competent work. My concern is about the aging facilities in the facilities, and the odd set up with his combined secretary-dental assistant - somehow seems a bit less than 'state of the art!

I found Dr. Bass through reviews on this site, and he completely lived up to expectations. Very careful during cleaning, taking care not to cause undue pain. Highly recommended, especially for people who dread going to the dentist.

After looking for a good dentist that I felt comfortable with I finally found Dr. Bass who was highly recommended by a coworker. I arrive for the appointments and the whole staff is so pleasant, which eleviates my stress level, I hate dentists, I have really bad experiances with a few other dentists. On the contrary Dr. Bass is quite nice, has a very calming and professional way of working. He always is talking with me during the procedures and letting me know what his findings are and recommendations for better oral health, always in a positive ,nurturing way. Dr. Bass offers the most individualize treatment, he is the only person that treats his patients, no need to deal with hygeneist that seem to be getting paid on a piece work plan, some of the ones i had in the past worked so fast that either they missed half of my teeth or they ripped through my mouth and didnt even consider how painful it was for me, thankfullu this is never a problem with wonderful Dr. Bass, after leaving his office my teeth literally do feel much cleaner and more healthier, I wish my insurance would allow me to go for a visit once a week,no such luck... Well bottom line I have found a dentist I can finally proudly say is my dentist.
