Prompt, friendly, good at explaining treatment plans. Does not recommend unneccessary and expensive procedures unless they actually are needed. Excellent dentist, friendly courteous staff, comfortable facilities.

All went well until he botched my 11 year old's veneer and refused to fix it. He also refused to write a letter to my insurance company who had denied my claim for reimbursement of the veneer. I am bringing a disciplinary complaint against him for these refusals and my daughter's tooth still hasn't been fixed. I am very angry. He is also very expensive.
Also his office staff has been very rude with me. Ten days ago I had an appointment to have my daughter's veneer tooth fixed and they canceled it that very morning.
About Hygienist: The hygienists are fine.

Dr. Tufts has always been a great Dentist. He checks in during each cleaning and is always friendly and professional.
I would highly recommend Dr. Tufts to anyone.

I Drive over 30 miles to see Dr. Tufts. His staff and himself alwasy go out of their way to take care of someone who goes out of thier way to avoid Dr.s and Dentists...Would reccomend highly

Very friendly, I drive almost an hour to go back to Dr Tufts since I moved to a different town. He is excellent, friendly, committed and has a great sense of humor. I also love my hygienist, Jane. Going to the dentist is actually fun here! Prices are competitive (I have no dental insurance), and he has successfully treated problems for me and my wife that other dentists have failed with. If you hate the dentist, go see Dr. Tufts!
