All went well until he botched my 11 year old's veneer and refused to fix it. He also refused to write a letter to my insurance company who had denied my claim for reimbursement of the veneer. I am bringing a disciplinary complaint against him for these refusals and my daughter's tooth still hasn't been fixed. I am very angry. He is also very expensive.
Also his office staff has been very rude with me. Ten days ago I had an appointment to have my daughter's veneer tooth fixed and they canceled it that very morning.
