Hands down the greatest dentist I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. Knowledgeable, kind, thoughtful, accessible (came in the day before Thanksgiving and on New Years Eve when my son had dental injuries), friendly, amazing. Go to her!

Dr. Dong's practice is very nice and personal. My treatments were carried out as planned and the cost is very reasonable compared to my old dentist. Dr. Dong explained things in detail, and answered question in a simple and direct way. She is a little pushy when she feels you need something done to protect your teeth, but the final decision is always on your hand.
About Hygienist: Dr. Dong also do the cleaning herself. Very professional and job well done.

As a new patient who hadn't seen a dentist in a while, I was very apprehensive. However, Dr. Dong immediately put me completely at ease, did a very thorough exam, and explained my results and x-rays in detail. She is very pleasant, professional, and thoughtful, and takes her time with the patient. The office is bright and cheerful, with state-of-the-art equipment. The receptionist is super-friendly, and the hygienist (I was her first patient on her first day on the job!) was extremely competent and thorough. Overall, my visit was a pleasant experience, and left me with high confidence in their abilities.

Dr. Dong has been the dentist to all of my family for years. Dr. Dong's care was completely professional and top-quality. A contemporary office, a friendly staff and an excellent doctor, all are in a convenient location in Lexington, MA. Graduated from Harvard Dental School with honor, Dr. Dong was always aware of the latest developments in dental practice. I was always confident that I was receiving the best quality care available. She is caring, extremely gentle, very thorough, and does excellent work. Without hesitation, I recommend Dr. Dong to anyone looking for their next great dentist and wanting to change their view of the dental experience.
