As a new patient who hadn't seen a dentist in a while, I was very apprehensive. However, Dr. Dong immediately put me completely at ease, did a very thorough exam, and explained my results and x-rays in detail. She is very pleasant, professional, and thoughtful, and takes her time with the patient. The office is bright and cheerful, with state-of-the-art equipment. The receptionist is super-friendly, and the hygienist (I was her first patient on her first day on the job!) was extremely competent and thorough. Overall, my visit was a pleasant experience, and left me with high confidence in their abilities.
