Dr. Johnson was kind, and took his time explaining my dental needs at my first appointment. He place a sedative filling in my tooth to calm the pain. He was busy, however I assume that was because of his popularity as dentist in the community. Great bedside manner. Highly recommended

About Front Desk: Helpful and polite. She personally asked the Dr. to fit me into the schedule on the same day I called because of a toothache.

Dr. Johnson is a classic example of unprofessionalism. He does not treat his patients or employees with respect. He is always late for his exams and doesn't value the customers time. I have waited 20 -30 minutes for an exam. I have even sat in the lobby for this guy waiting for him after my cleaning. I feel like I am just a number and a dollar sign. While I was waiting for an exam, the doctor was reading his notes and he made such a disrespectful comment to his hygienist. He belittled her right in front of me. He is a bully. I am surprised she didn't walk out. The disrespect is evident when he performs his exams without gloves. He looks me over in a couple of minutes and is done. This doctor is very greedy and prideful. All he cares about is making money. He is very cheap. I wish he would lighten his patient load because I believe that he could take his time and not feel so much stress. Dr. Johnson sells expired products to his customers because he wants to save money. I have to go to the bathroom before I arrive, because there is never any toilet paper to use.

About Front Desk: I have been at this practice for 5 years and have not been greated upon arrival. The office staff has been very rude to me. It seems to me that all they care about is talking with their co-workers instead of taking care of their customers. First impressions are important. I think her name is Peggy. I like the other lady that was before her.

About Hygienist: Joanna has been the best hygienist I have ever had. She takes her time and is very thorough. My teeth are very clean after she is finished. She is very genuine person that values the customer and understands customer service. My appointments have always been on time. I look forward to going to her every 6 months to talk about what is going on in her life. I highly recommend requesting her to clean your teeth. She is very friendly
