About Front Desk: I have been at this practice for 5 years and have not been greated upon arrival. The office staff has been very rude to me. It seems to me that all they care about is talking with their co-workers instead of taking care of their customers. First impressions are important. I think her name is Peggy. About Hygienist: Joanna has been the best hygienist I have ever had. She takes her time and is very thorough. My teeth are very clean after she is finished. She is very genuine person that values the customer and understands customer service. My appointments have always been on time. I look forward to going to her every 6 months to talk about what is going on in her life. I highly recommend requesting her to clean your teeth. She is very friendly
