130 bucks just to see what is going wrong after the 2nd root canal?? Come on ...have some heart and flexibility I am a struggling patient.

Just completed my second treatment of a severly diseased molar by Dr. Palermo, and I can't express how happy I am with the whole experience. Dr. Palermo is a kind specialist , a 'real' person as well,, and pain free. He is knowledgeable and explains everything you need and what he will and is doing. His staff is superb as well. Just wish he was a general dentist as well, but I guess one can't have everything! Thank you Dr. Palermo....by the way, my daughter's thanks you as well...she was treated several months ago, and the tooth is healthy again! Florence & Cheryl.

Dr. P is AWESOME. My past experiences with other dentists and endodontists is fairly traumatic. Dr. Palermo helps me through the anxiety and successfully treated 2 of my teeth - Pain free! Love him!

Dr. Joe is fabulous. After going elsewhere for years I was recommended to Dr. Joe. He put me at ease right away, his manner was calm and professional, the root canal procedure was painless an the recovery was also very good. Full Marks to Dr. J.

Dr. Palermo's approach is complete and professional, in a practice which is a class act. Following diagnoses, which in my case were extremely accurate, he will discuss all treatment options and give you his recommendations, including cost, and if applicable, after insurance coverage costs. Treatment is highly professional, pain free, and at times so relaxing, one could fall asleep. With thorough follow-up visits (included in fees), outcomes were 100% successful. Dr. Palermo is also extremely personable and a pleasure to talk to. As a veteran of numeourous endodontists over the decades, Dr. Palermo ranks "The Best" in my experience.

So, I called my dentist around 4:45pm because I noticed a bump on my gum, that was not there earlier in the day. They referred me to Dr. Palermo's office. I called and explained my symptoms, they asked me to come into the office. I arrived at 5:40pm.
I have never had a root canal before, and honestly it was on my list of events to avoid at all costs...but things happen. The receptionist, the assistant and Dr. Palermo were very nice. The office was clean and they actually perfomed the root canal that night! They stayed open after regular hours and took care of my issue.
The fact that they stayed open for a new, unkown patient....really I can hardly believe I am saying this but - I have had worse experiences getting a filling.
So, if you have a fear of these things, and are a little hard to numb - - I would highly reccomend Dr. Palermo.

Dr. Palermo is absolutely wonderful. I sensed his competantcy from the moment I met him. I was very anxious about having the root canal, but I did not experience even 1 second of pain, not even from the needle they use to numb you. He numbed me up with Anbesol before the shot, so I literally did not feel pain at all. All the time I wasted being nervous was an absolute waste. He is wonderful, highly competant, very down to earth and nice. I highly highly recommend him to anyone, especially dental phobics. The girls in the office were very nice too.

I've had to go to Dr. Palermo for 2 root canals and I found the process to be as virtually painless as I could have hoped for. He does an excellent job making you feel comfortable. I had heard that root canals can be painful, so I was fearful the first time I went. The first one was in the back of my mouth. I had no post root canal pain at all. The next time I needed one in the front of my mouth he said that this one would be even easier and it was. I highly recommend him.
