Dr. Malta is great! He really understanding my concerns and treating me with
respect. He answers my questions and keeps me informed
during my treatment. His staff is wonderful, very helpful and kind
to all his patients. If I need him for care he will come to his office
his day off to care for me and other patients. Great dentist and
great personality.

The whole staff is always very friendly and listens to you. Dr. Malta is a graduate of BU, very knowledgable, gentle and I have always considered him a good friend besides my dentist for myself and my adult children. I highly recommend him.

About Hygienist: Very gentle, clean and thorough. Explains and demonstrates if you are doing something wrong in your brushing.

Dr.Malta is one of the most compassionate dentist I have ever seen. He takes his time and explains everything about every procedure to his patients. His staff is always courteous and knowledgable.I have been very happy with Dr.Malta and have sent many members of my family to see him.

This is by far the worst dental experience I've ever had. I have nothing wrong with my teeth and in fact have never even had a cavity. Dr. Malta's office (the one in Cambridge) had to reschedule my original appointment for a cleaning because they decided to take that day off. When I showed up, the hygenist couldn't find any of her tools. She did an awful job with the xrays and made a usually uncomfortable experience downright painful. She then proceeded to clean my teeth standing up, which was extremely painful and bloody. Dr. Malta was very rude and mocked my career (counseling) while he tried to convince me to file my teeth. When I said that I'd think about it (I didn't trust him after the experience thus far), he told me I'd be sorry. The office person incorrectly filed my insurance claim, resuling in a big mess that she insisted was my fault. I cancelled my account and tried to get my file to take elsewhere, and I was told at first I had to pay $25, and then $58 for this. I kept getting calls saying that I had missed two appointments I never even made. I'm still getting appointment notifications in the mail. This business is a total mess and a very painful, unprofessional experience.
