I can't speak highly enough of Dr. Kavi. Never usually having an issues with my teeth, I very recently needed to see her twice within one week. The first issue I had was that I ended up breaking a tooth biting into a cherry and hitting the pit. I called up and explained what happened and she saw me immediately the next morning and repaired the tooth . A week later I lost a crown and she again took me right in and fixed it right away. She is the utmost professional and a wonderful personality to as well and is now my new BFF! I highly recommend her as not only as a wonderful and extremely professional dentist but also a very kind and caring person as well.
About Front Desk: Exceptional front desk staff. ALWAYS cheerful and engaging every time I come in. I wish all front desk and customer service could be so good everywhere else!
About Hygienist: My hygienist is also wonderful and have know her for several years and has always taken very good care of me. 5 star all the way.

I would not recommend this dentist to anyone. I went to her office for a simple filling. The tooth had no pain, no sensitivity, and just 1 root- she could not resolve the issue for 11/2 months- for that time she kept me in severe pain - that whole side of my face . Until finally i ran from her office and went to someone else who treated the tooth that same day with care and compassion and finally had a root canal on the same tooth.

The practice of which Dr. Kavi is a member was recommended by a colleague when I had a filling break. The people in the practice made an almost immediate appointment for me. Dr. Kavi made a very effective temporary filling, and when she asked me if I had any relevant information about my teeth, and I described the response of the just-repaired tooth to hot drinks, she immediately recognized that I needed a root canal and arranged for me to have it done that very day. When she installed the crown, it fit perfectly, and I haven't had any trouble with it at all. I went back to her this past summer with pain in my wisdom tooth, and the extensive repair that she made to it has been trouble-free.
Dr. Kavi's chairside-manner was excellent (When I showed her pictures of my new granddaughter, she oohed and aahed.)
The office-management staff were very effective in making appointments, sending bills to my insurance company, and billing me for the costs not covered by insurance. I had to change appointments several times because of business trips, and they accommodated the changes in a manner both friendly and professional.
In summary, I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone Dr. Kavi or the staff who support her.
About Hygienist: Both the hygienists, Anne and Candy, who worked with me in Dr. Kavi's practice were very friendly and caring. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr. Kavi to anyone else. Anne, who cleaned my teeth, was both gentle and thorough.
