The practice of which Dr. Kavi is a member was recommended by a colleague when I had a filling break. The people in the practice made an almost immediate appointment for me. Dr. Kavi made a very effective temporary filling, and when she asked me if I had any relevant information about my teeth, and I described the response of the just-repaired tooth to hot drinks, she immediately recognized that I needed a root canal and arranged for me to have it done that very day. When she installed the crown, it fit perfectly, and I haven't had any trouble with it at all. I went back to her this past summer with pain in my wisdom tooth, and the extensive repair that she made to it has been trouble-free. Dr. Kavi's chairside-manner was excellent (When I showed her pictures of my new granddaughter, she oohed and aahed.) The office-management staff were very effective in making appointments, sending bills to my insurance company, and billing me for the costs not covered by insurance. I had to change appointments several times because of business trips, and they accommodated the changes in a manner both friendly and professional. In summary, I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone Dr. Kavi or the staff who support her.

About Hygienist: Both the hygienists, Anne and Candy, who worked with me in Dr. Kavi's practice were very friendly and caring. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr. Kavi to anyone else. Anne, who cleaned my teeth, was both gentle and thorough.
