For 30 years Dr Vendelis has provided my care and my childrens and is efficient, courteous and keeps up to date with equipment and procedures. His careful use of anaesthetics means I do not have pain, only discomfort. I cannot fill in the cost part as the treatment is over so many years. Good follow up care. I would recommend this practice to anyone. If there is a problem he sees you promptly. His office staff Janet and Rachel are helpful and welcoming.
About Hygienist: His hygenists are quick, neat, thorough and well trained. I usually have the same one each visit. They monitor my oral care and encourage me to keep it up. I feel sparkley clean after my visit.

My family and I have been patients of Dr. Vendelis' for a long time and have felt a personal connection with him. Yesterday, my fiance broke her tooth and I told her to call Dr. Vendelis; he would take care of it. She is in immense pain. She scheduled a 2:00 appointment for today and was told to arrive 30 minutes early for paperwork. She begged me to go with her, so I rescheduled multiple appointments. When we arrived at 1:30, there was a sign that read "OUT TO LUNCH TAKE A SEAT." 45 minutes later we were still sitting there. We both are needed in our places of business and could not wait over an hour just to speak with someone. Ten minutes after we left, I called to see if anyone had an explanation. The receptionist told me they were in a meeting and carelessly asked if we wanted to reschedule. I feel personally let down by this experience. In my line of work, this type of customer service would have me out of business. Not only were we lied to, but my business suffered, and my fiance is in terrible pain. She cannot take off of work for two more weeks. I deal with the owners of medical rating websites on a daily basis and would never wish this experience on anyone else. IT SADDENS ME THAT THERE IS SUCH CARELESSNESS.

I love Dr. Vendelis. He has been my dentist for 20 years. Prior to him I had a some really bad experiences and developed a dental phobia. He put me completely at ease. His front desk staff are very pleasant and professional. The hygenists that work in his office and pleasant and gentle. He is quick and pain free! I wouldn't think of going anywhere else and I no longer try to think up excuses to miss an appointment.
