Rude office staff. Overheard them speaking negatively about a patient and to "put it in her file." Recommend a procedure I didn't even need which would have cost over $2000. Very rough in the mouth. I waited twice over 40 minutes in the waiting room. There is no respect for appointment times which became obvious to me as it is no more than a patient mill. Money is the focus of this practice. Very rough in the mouth and though considered a "top dentist" is probably one of the worst I have ever seen.

Dr. Leung performed a replacement crown on 2nd molar. His assistant, Raquel, did a laudable job at carving and placing the pre-crown in place - so much that it felt like it really belonged there. When the final crown arrived its color was perfect and Dr. Leung took time to make minor adjustments so that the bite was excellent. The desk clerks are tolerable - but many times they don't call people into the office at the right time.
About Hygienist: Ruth, though appearing stern is a very capable, honest and detailed oriented hygenist who though tightly scheduled, takes the time to perform her work well.
