Rude office staff. Overheard them speaking negatively about a patient and to "put it in her file." Recommend a procedure I didn't even need which would have cost over $2000. Very rough in the mouth. I waited twice over 40 minutes in the waiting room. There is no respect for appointment times which became obvious to me as it is no more than a patient mill. Money is the focus of this practice. Very rough in the mouth and though considered a "top dentist" is probably one of the worst I have ever seen.
