The office staff is for the most part courteouos. One person is a tad curt and rude but they can be overlooked. The billing practices at the office is shaky. Their copayments are estimates so you always end up with a credit if the treatment is not pre-authorized.
The doctor is caring along with his staff and the other dentists in their practice are all stellar. Everyone I have referred sing their praises. They are excellent with kids and people who are not comfortable with dentists. Their equipment is state of the art. The staff is personable and caring
About Hygienist: The hygienist explains everything to you. They make you feel comfortable and give excellent advise to maintain your teeth. It is a pleasant experience.

Dr. Salob is fantastic. They always squeeze me in if I have an emergency, and they put my kids at ease which is no easy feat. I've had many things done here over the years--teeth cleaning, whitening, fillings, crowns, etc. and am always pleased. They are also very honest about what's needed vs. not--I never feel bamboozled or unsure of what has to be done.
About Hygienist: Doan is my favorite! So kind and gentle and most importantly my teeth are sparkling!

Dr. Salob and his staff are very kind and helpful. They explain everything in complete detail so that there are no surprises, when I had work done on my teeth I felt no pain. That was great! Love, Love, Love this facility.
About Hygienist: Dr. Lap does excellent work, she is very kind as well and I would highly recommend her to anyone who is seeking a new dentist.

Dr. Salob has been our family dentist for over 30 years (family of 4). He has provided wonderfully skilled and family friendly service throughout that entire time. We recommend him and his practice without reservation! He is excellent on all indicators: procedures, pain management, cost, insurance help, chair-side manners, and front desk.

I have been a patient of Doctor Salobs for about 20 years and now my children are patients of his as well. I have tried other dentist but found this office to be the best in my area based on the facilities, treatment success, and customer service. I am pleased to say that Dr. Salob, his colleagues, office staff, and facility offers Excellent customer service, treatment success and is bright and clean relaxing environment. The cost follows the schedule of benefits and some insurances are accepted. I strongly recommend Dr. Salob and his Staff for you and your families dental needs. Keep up the good work!

I have had extensive dental work which was performed by several dental offices. Dr Salob and Dr Ditch are the best bar none. They care about your well being as a patient and ensures that you are comfortable with all procedures. Their work is flawless. In my 13 years as a patient I have been 100% satisfied. My daughter has been a patient for seven years and actually enjoys going to the dentist. I have recommended several of my friends who are now faithful patients.

I have been a patient of Dr. Salob for 16 years. He and his staff have always been courteous and pleasant. I actually enjoy going to the dentist. How many people can say that. I have never had a problem with any procedures performed and have actually seen an improvement in the health of my teeth. Additionally, they are very prompt with insurance payments.
