The office staff is for the most part courteouos. One person is a tad curt and rude but they can be overlooked. The billing practices at the office is shaky. Their copayments are estimates so you always end up with a credit if the treatment is not pre-authorized. The doctor is caring along with his staff and the other dentists in their practice are all stellar. Everyone I have referred sing their praises. They are excellent with kids and people who are not comfortable with dentists. Their equipment is state of the art. The staff is personable and caring

About Hygienist: The hygienist explains everything to you. They make you feel comfortable and give excellent advise to maintain your teeth. It is a pleasant experience.
