My entire family was looking for a new dentist and it was a great experience. We will all definitely be going to Dr. Shader from now on. Everything went well, they were very kind and helpful with scheduling. There wasn't a long wait. The hygienist and dentist were both very thorough.

He is extremly rude, talks loud so all other patients can hear him talk about your medical issues as well as him lecturing you. He is very unprofessional with the way he handles issues with patients. He is also rude with the staff he treats his team

He has done braces for my son, he has always treated my family extremely well. he has always been reachable in emergencies! He has done two bridges for me and root canals. He offers complete service and works with us financially.

Dr. Shader was extremely ill mannered & unprofessional during my implant. He never wore a mask & the only reason he wore gloves is because I demanded it. 4 weeks after - the implant failed & had to be removed by another dentist. His office is dirty,,,which makes me wonder of the cleanliness of the instruments used...could that have contributed of the failure of my implant?? In addition, he is very unethical...he yelled at his staff for placing a xray shield over me prior to my xrays. I don't know about you, but I'd like a dentist to care about whether or not he is radiating my reproductive organs!!
About Hygienist: Very competent, caring, & consciensious...need to convince her move to my new dentist!!!

I love getting my teeth cleaned. The hygienists are great, but when Dr. Shader does my exam the last two times I was in he did NOT wear gloves.

I'VE GONE TO DR SHADER FOR 17 YEARS. HIS CHAIR SIDE MANNER IS GREAT. HE PUTS YOU RIGHT AT EASE. I FEEL THAT HE REALLY CARES ABOUT MY HEALTH. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT HIM & HIS STAFF.

His availability and hours are quite limited. His work is good. Of the two hygentists, one is very gental and fairly thourough, the other is much less gental but cleans my teeth better than anyone else.

Dr. Shader seems to be a competent dentist. His equipment is the latest and I never experienced pain in his chair. He has very good hygenists working with him. However, my wife had mix-ups with appointments - one time they called her on the day of an appointment and said she couldn't come in because of a computer problem - after she had to make special arrangements for our small children. Another time they wrote a letter to us to find out when out next appointment was because their records had been somehow lost - they blamed a new computer system. Wife also left messages on voice-mail because daughter was having tooth pain, but they never called back. We decided to try another dentist.
