I am pretty disappointed that I know I made my appointment to have my teeth cleaned Dec 21 today at 130 and didn't receive a reminder call so I called thinking was an oversight or maybe I put in the wrong date, which is unlikely as very I careful about my appointments especially my teeth as we pay for our own insurance . They called me back this morning and said my appointment is in January4! I would not have accepted this, forsaking my second and would have changed dentist months ago if I if I had known I was paying for insurance and unable to get my second yearly cleaning, instead wait til a new calendar yr! Someone either did not put my appointment in the book or gave my appointment away. This is incredible and I asked if they could work me in and the girl said she could call me if a cancellation. Unacceptable! They know they screwed up and don't care which is disgraceful and sad. ... I m beyond upset over this. I ve Ben screwed by them in past but thought it was ignorant mistake but now I see lack of concern I realize I need dentist whose staff care about patient relations and upholding appointments. I know I made the appointment, gross abuse of someone over there.

I have been going to Dr. Hoste for my entire time in Michigan and he is the most professional, affable, and efficient medical professional I have ever had. I wish my doctor were more like him. His staff is very efficient and courteous. I trust him completely. I have had biannual evaluations, many fillings, one extraction, one root canal, and two bite plates. I have never had any issues with any of this work. I recommend him without any reservations.
About Hygienist: Two of his hygienists, both named Maureen, are exceptional in bot their training and their chair-side manner.

Dr. Hoste is an excellent Dentist and a painfree one too.
I would recommend to everyone and I have.
His hygienists are excellent also.

I've never had to wait long for Dr. Hoste. The staff here is the friendliest. They've remembered my family members and things that happen in my life. I suggest this facility to anyone looking for a dentist.
There have been two occasions where additional dental work was needed and he made an effort to squeeze me in while I was there.
Dr. Hoste and staff are very patient when it comes to the fear of pain as well.

Dr. Hoste is very pleasant and does a good job with filling cavities and routine care of my teeth. He explains his procedures well in terms easy to understand and with care. His office staff and hygenists are very friendly and efficient. The office space is very clean and comfortable and in a very convenient location.
