I am pretty disappointed that I know I made my appointment to have my teeth cleaned Dec 21 today at 130 and didn't receive a reminder call so I called thinking was an oversight or maybe I put in the wrong date, which is unlikely as very I careful about my appointments especially my teeth as we pay for our own insurance . They called me back this morning and said my appointment is in January4! I would not have accepted this, forsaking my second and would have changed dentist months ago if I if I had known I was paying for insurance and unable to get my second yearly cleaning, instead wait til a new calendar yr! Someone either did not put my appointment in the book or gave my appointment away. This is incredible and I asked if they could work me in and the girl said she could call me if a cancellation. Unacceptable! They know they screwed up and don't care which is disgraceful and sad. ... I m beyond upset over this. I ve Ben screwed by them in past but thought it was ignorant mistake but now I see lack of concern I realize I need dentist whose staff care about patient relations and upholding appointments. I know I made the appointment, gross abuse of someone over there.
