Dr. Dziurgot continually spoke to me like she was speaking to a child. Even though I had just been to my "regular" dentist in February for cleaning and a filling,all of a sudden, when I broke a crown on my right side, then I ALSO needed a crown on a tooth on my seft side (my regular dentist no quit taking my insurance on 1 March). OK, I bought that one. Then when I went for the final crown, all of a sudden I have peridontal disease and she wants to enroll me in a "soft tissue treatment plan" and have I ever heard of scaling and root planing??? I wondered how ONE dentist could afford to have such a plush office and many (I would guess eight based on the photo of the doctor and the 'girls'). Well, now I know, pile on the procedures....whether you need them or not.
When I told the office staff that I wasn't going in for their "soft tissue treatment plan", the office manager THREATENS me that "Dr. Dziurgot does not warranty your crown if you do not follow her treatment plan".
UNFAIR BUSINESS PRACTICE for Dr. Dziurgot to NOT inform me BEFORE she took my $400 that she DOES NOT stand behind her work????
About Front Desk: Over friendly...cloying. Also, after the first time I was to see Dr. Dziurgot, geez, the next morning I had no less then four emails from them. AND they also told me that the reason they NEEDED my social security number was in case they have to sue me.

Not pleased at all with this dentist and staff. Not so much with the dental work but with the lack of professionalism and information disconnect. Would never recommend this office to anyone.

Abrupt front office staff. Not pleased with overall demeanor and attitude with the exception of perhaps two hygienists.
Rigid, at times rude and insensitive responses. Too quick, not enough complete explanation. Very costly.
Office policies not 'welcoming' and too restricting for families.
About Hygienist: Two very good hygienists. Thorough and took their time. Only pleasant experiences were with these two hygienists.

My visit to Dr. Dzuirgots office for a consultation was stressful, the office staff was abrupt and a defensive attitude. I was told one thing on the phone and another once I arrived for consult. The dental assistants were super efficient, but Dr. Dziurgot was rushed, worried about staying on schedule, due to a childcare issue at home. Condescendingly called me 'Honey', and my son "Sir". Her recommendations varied from other Dentists consults, and she rushed through her 'treatment suggestions' quickly. Said she needed another x-ray $$$ to determine extraction, even though I had brought a current X-ray and extraction order from Ortho. She was willing to do this molar extraction in office, yet referred another extraction to a surgeon. I was told the tooth that was hurting me for months was "fine". When the assistent reviewed the total 'proposed treatment plan' with me, she talked about her dry socket from a recent extraction more than answering my questions. Finally, rates exceed the 'set cost' of my dental plan. The office was clean, with fresh flowers, free pens, lots of glossy literature, visually impressive. However, I would not consider this dental office for my families treatment.
About Hygienist: The hygenist met with me as part of the consult, she was informative and professional.

I love Dr. Dzuirgot we drive over an hour and 20 minutes to see her. She is awesome with children!! That is very rare to find, Dr. Dzuirgot has been very blessed to treat children she definately has a special personality and extreme patients with kids. She treats our whole family. She will listen to your compliments as well as your concerns. She is a problem solver and will get to the root of your problem.

Very effecient, very expensively appointed office, the best of the best in equipment. The Doctor is very busy with a very
busy attitude, not much compassion, either or time spent with
the patient. Most of the work is done by techs.
Very clean operatories, newest of everything, though and higher than average pricing on dental work.
Patients are able to take a bottle of privately labeled bottled
water on the way out and it is expensive.
