Abrupt front office staff. Not pleased with overall demeanor and attitude with the exception of perhaps two hygienists.
Rigid, at times rude and insensitive responses. Too quick, not enough complete explanation. Very costly.
Office policies not 'welcoming' and too restricting for families.
About Hygienist: Two very good hygienists. Thorough and took their time.
Only pleasant experiences were with these two hygienists.
