Dr. not flexible with appt hours. I had to take off work and kids out of school when they wouldn't do later hours or Sat AM so I finally moved to Delta which offers both and could take us all at the same time. Higher charges sometimes meant my insurance didn't fully cover. Have never paid a dime at Delta. Felt guilty that the staff rode me about not brushing 3X / day.

I've been going to Dr. Englund for years. After going from dentist to dentist, trying to find the one that makes it a pleasent visit, Dr. Englund was the only one to do that. He doesn't rush anything, very insightful and makes you feel comfurtable. I recommend everyone to go to him!!
