I would absolutely recommend this dentist. I noticed a bad review about her and was disgusted. There should be other ways from keeping disgruntled employees from making slanderish comments. You know who you are. And you have the wrong office to further discredit you. She is located in Woodstock ,not fishkill.!

I am delighted to be in the care of Dr. Wettels. She is highly professional, painstaking in her efforts, and very skilled. I am very pleased with the work she has done. I think that her work is of the highest caliber.
I experienced no pain at any time. She did a root canal, filled a cavity, and did some cosmetic work on my teeth. The cosmetic dentistry involved replacing a discolored amalgam, She communicates carefully what work needs to be done and how she will do it. She is very concerned with patient comfort. I couldn't be more pleased.
About Hygienist: My oral hygiene needs are met by my periodontist.

This doctor is the reason I'm not coming back to this office. She's unprofessional, the office smells like dead mice, and the dentistry is horrible. Wouldn't recommend this practice.
About Front Desk: The front desk girl was very thorough and pleasant.

A little vindictive maybe? I had been a patient of Dr. Wettles since she took over the practice from Dr Dallow. I have had some problems with the customer service. I made an appointment but asked if they took my new insurance before I did and was told it was fine. Once I got there I was informed that they did not take my insurance and that i would have to pay cash or go elsewhere. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with Dr. Wettles she said she lost out to with the missed appointment....how ever she did have others waiting in the waiting room so I seriously doubt that. Two days later I received a bill showing a $30 "balance forwarded" supposedly from the one of the last times I saw her on my previous insurance over 6 months ago. I called and asked for a copy of the original invoice and was never sent one. Then they proceeded to call and threaten to open a collections account on my EX since I was covered under her policy back then. All the while only providing me with "balance forwarded" as the justification of the charge.

Dr. Wettels purchased the practice from Dr. Dallow, whom my family of four and parents have had for a dentist since 1984: without issues. We left the office as they are impossible to deal with. Dr. Dallow told me that he has heard only complaints from his patients. I had to wait almost 1/2 hour on my last appointment and afterwards had to wait at least twenty minutes to pay the bill. My son had scheduled an appointment months in advance so that he fit it into his week off, and they canceled the appointment at the last moment.
They want 100 dollars just to transfer our files over for a family of four!
They are arrogant and impossible to deal with, not only in my words, but according to the dentist who sold her the practice and my new dentist, has heard the same thing from the patients that are fleeing from her horrible practice.
As far as her skills are, they are not so wonderful and her manners are horrible.

Very happy she set up shop here in woodstock ny.. Office staff is great.. She is very thorough. I highly recommend...
