This was my last visit you walk into this beautiful office with two very fist class ladies at the front desk to greet you. Then the class ends there the Hygienist did a good job but just seemed sloppy! Then I was sent back to an assistant for filling & she smelled & her uniform was dirty also noticed she did not wash her hands before she put gloves on, then Dr Ring spent maybe 5 minutes with me, then the stinky assistant did the rest. I guess Dr Ring does not make enough money to have nice scrubs for herself & a lab coat like most professional Dr. The building & front office is the only nice thing about this practice.The nurses at my Veterinary office are cleaner than there girls. Very sad because it WAS very nice back in the day!!

About Front Desk: These ladies are very classy for this office & very nice & accomodating, wish I could say the same for the rest of the office.

So many changes the assistance do not do good work & are very rough. Also not very clean themselves, the one assistant smelled lik smoke & is just dirty. Will not go back , feel bad because I will miss Karen she always works you in & is so friendly & helpful.

About Front Desk: The front desk ladies Karen & Ann are very nice & very professional! ! They also take the ease out of being at the dentist. They are first class unlike the assistance & Dr I am speaking about cleanliness & there apperance is not very clean or professional looking !! Which reflects there work!!

I have been a patient of Dr Ring's for almost 10 years. I have had a crown, fillings, root canals etc. She has been great. Always has done a great job.

This is not the experience you are looking for. Multiple trips to stop pain. Ended up going elsewhere for a root canal and was floored by the technology at other offices. Not impressed with the bickering between staff. Not a "family atmosphere". Most employees are less than two years here. Not looking to meet new people every time I went for a checkup. Not run professionally

She is awesome! I went there to get my teeth cleaned and now they are white! she is a miracle worker

After an initial consultation, I returned to Dr. Julie Ring’s office for the extraction of 2 teeth on 5/16/2014. This was by far the worst dental experience I have ever had. Dr. Ring’s beside manner and her level of professionalism were below subpar. The planned extraction was uneventful; and Dr. Ring decided she also needed to also extract my wisdom tooth due to a cavity which I was never informed of during consultation which was just a couple of weeks beforw. She had to use the maximum amount of local anesthetic and I still was experiencing excruciating pain. She was unable to extract the wisdom tooth and began to aggressively pull the tooth and break it off piece-by-piece, which elevated my pain level even higher. After completing the extraction, Dr. Ring left the room and never returned despite my clearly visible high-level of discomfort and hysteric crying. Upon leaving the office, I informed the receptionist of situation and asked to speak with Dr. Ring. Dr. Ring again was conveniently unavailable. My pain had reached an unbearable level and I was bleeding heavily from my mouth. I had no choice but to go to the local emergency room to receive care. I STRONGLY SUGGEST AGAINST using Dr. Ring’s services for anything more than a routine cleaning

About Front Desk: Kathy was excellent and showed empathy for my pain. She even tried to have Dr. Ring come upfront to talk to me however that did not occur. Dr. Ring was extemely unprofessional and I do not recommend her.

About Hygienist: If you want a great cleaning ONLY I would recommend this office and Amanda is great. I would tell you to think twice before getting any extractions done here.

Dr. Ring has worked with my son who is VERY afraid of going to the dentist. Dr. Ring and her staff were so understanding, calming and patient to my son and also to me. I appreciated their understanding of the situation and they were all so kind. Dr Ring always let me know what was going on and how my son was doing. She put me at ease during this stressful time as well as my son.
