After an initial consultation, I returned to Dr. Julie Ring’s office for the extraction of 2 teeth on 5/16/2014. This was by far the worst dental experience I have ever had. Dr. Ring’s beside manner and her level of professionalism were below subpar. The planned extraction was uneventful; and Dr. Ring decided she also needed to also extract my wisdom tooth due to a cavity which I was never informed of during consultation which was just a couple of weeks beforw. She had to use the maximum amount of local anesthetic and I still was experiencing excruciating pain. She was unable to extract the wisdom tooth and began to aggressively pull the tooth and break it off piece-by-piece, which elevated my pain level even higher. After completing the extraction, Dr. Ring left the room and never returned despite my clearly visible high-level of discomfort and hysteric crying. Upon leaving the office, I informed the receptionist of situation and asked to speak with Dr. Ring. Dr. Ring again was conveniently unavailable. My pain had reached an unbearable level and I was bleeding heavily from my mouth. I had no choice but to go to the local emergency room to receive care. I STRONGLY SUGGEST AGAINST using Dr. Ring’s services for anything more than a routine cleaning

About Front Desk: Kathy was excellent and showed empathy for my pain. She even tried to have Dr. Ring come upfront to talk to me however that did not occur. Dr. Ring was extemely unprofessional and I do not recommend her.

About Hygienist: If you want a great cleaning ONLY I would recommend this office and Amanda is great. I would tell you to think twice before getting any extractions done here.

I know this doctor: 1 month, but my kids have gone to her for a few years for cleanings only!
