Dr Duello routinely suggests root canals on teeth that don't require a root canal. Be aware when he says he's "checking your mouth for cancer" and looks at your gums and tongue then you receive an $80 charge on your bill for the "alledged" exam. I would NOT recommend using Duello for dental services. Do yourself afavor - there are far too many other options in the area. His passive/aggresive nature and bed side manner are lacking. The office staff is rude and obnoxious.

My husband, 12 year old son and myself have had only success with this denist. He is a soft spoken man and very gentle. I came to him with alot of problems left over from another dentist and Dr. Duello fixed them all. I have never had any problems with him or his staff. I feel I have found the best dentist with all up to date equipment. The office, staff and all equipment is very clean. I am completely satisfied with his work.

He used to be very good however he has gotten worse over the years. He did a root canal on my tooth and it hurt very badly and it is still not right, however I ran into some financial problems so I could not go back and get it fixed. I tried to explain my situation to Wendy his front desk and she was nasty and eventually turned my account over to collections that I am now paying. I would not recommend him or ever go back to him as this also happened to my grandson's mom, he messed her root canal up so badly that she had to have surgery on that gum and eventually had an implant. He started off great and like most new things they eventually go downhill and all they care about is money so if you can find another dentist I would recommend it.

I guess we have seen Dr. Duello for a couple of years now - 3 family members total - Dr. Duello is pleasant but Wendy who is the staff member that handles appts and payment obviously could not weigh that her nasty phone call to me about owing $80.00 was more important that keeping a relationship for the future. $80.00 compared to what we have spent in Dr. Duello's office is a spit in the bucket, so to speak. WOW. I told Wendy to let Dr. Duello know we will not be returning.

Dr. Duello and staff are great. They have taken care of me and my family's needs for a while now and we have no complaints. He is great with kids and his staff are gental and caring. I won't go anywhere else.
