Very friendly staff. Office up to date with dental equipment. Very knowledgeable dentist. No complaints at all.

Did not return phone calls when told that someone was busy and that they would call us back (happened numerous times) just to check on "tooth arrival". Took over 5 months to have a tooth "ready" and "perfect color" matched after 3 return visits to have the tooth put in.... That we had to continuously call to check if the tooth was ready, after being told that she would call to let us know. After returning not once but twice to have the temp removed and permanent placed, and taken back out with another temp placed.... Wanted the tooth put in the second time regardless of perfection but dr bob would not allow it because it was 1 whole shade off. After 5 months, still no permanent tooth.
About Front Desk: first scheduling went extremely well, was thorough and kind. but she did not return phone calls. did not let us know when the tooth was ready (multiple times)

Very patient. Explains very carefully what he is goind to do and asks for input. Friendly but professional. His new office is a great improvement.

I have seen Dr. Butler twice per year for 18 years and just last week he crowned an upper tooth. I am moving out of state in September and will REALLY miss him as my dentist!

Dr. Butler has consistently been the finest dentist I've ever used. There is little or no waiting, stress-free cleaning and procedures, and very good value. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to all ages.
