Did not return phone calls when told that someone was busy and that they would call us back (happened numerous times) just to check on "tooth arrival". Took over 5 months to have a tooth "ready" and "perfect color" matched after 3 return visits to have the tooth put in.... That we had to continuously call to check if the tooth was ready, after being told that she would call to let us know. After returning not once but twice to have the temp removed and permanent placed, and taken back out with another temp placed.... Wanted the tooth put in the second time regardless of perfection but dr bob would not allow it because it was 1 whole shade off. After 5 months, still no permanent tooth.

About Front Desk: first scheduling went extremely well, was thorough and kind. but she did not return phone calls. did not let us know when the tooth was ready (multiple times)
