When I called to make an appointment at Dalin Dental, I expressly asked if they take my insurance and if I was covered. They assured me I was, and when my daughter and I came in for our appointment, I gave them my insurance information and asked again about my coverage. Then afterwards I get a bill for hundreds of dollars! I called them back and they said they "didn't" tell me I was covered and that I would need to pay for my routine cleaning and exam, which is totally covered 100% under my insurance(assuming the dental practice doesn't lie about whether or not they take your insurance!) The treatment was OK, but the dentist spent the whole time bragging about the volunteer work he does. Not that that is a problem, but given how rude his staff has been, it just adds up to a bad experience. never again. You will want to avoid this dental practice!!
About Front Desk: Absolutely horrible! LIE about your dental coverage and then spend ridiculous amounts of time and mail trying to extract the hundreds of dollars they mis-charged you for. Nope!
About Hygienist: so so. had some fancy device that hurt worse than a normal cleaning. What good is the new fancy equipment if it isn't as good as the old-fashioned tools?

I have been a patient of first Harry Dalin since I was 3 yrs old. I am now 56 yrs old. So go figure. I will not go to any other dentist.. They have always worked with me on payments, that was when I was in my 20's. My kids go to Jeff. I love them and will stay with them until Im so old i only have my gums. But I know that will never happen since Jeff is my dentist. LOLOLOL.

Have been going to him for years. I would not trust anyone to my teeth. I have had many caps and root canals. I have had little to no pain. Treatment is always succseful. Office personal are the best. I would and have recommend him to a lot of people.
About Hygienist: Have had excelent work with the Hygienist.

my daughter moved to ca. then to seetle she comes home to go to the dentist. I went to dalin when 4 different dentist told me i neede every filling in my mounth crowned. I finally concede and had 3 done, but not the one I was complaining about. I of course changed to Dalin, Our frist meeting was I know these teeth need to crowned but start with this one. He smile said open your mouth adn filed the one tooth. Then said why do you want these teeth crowned? That's been 30 years ago and there still just fine. My daughter gets to ca. to be told she need three filings, she told the dentist I;'ll be back.
Came home to see Dalin guess what, No cavities, not on exra or stick. that was 8 years ago. What more can I say.His visit may cost more bu in the long run I have saved a fortune and my teeth.

I went to see Dr. Dalin and was very impressed by the office. He was also very personnable and willing to explain in detail what was needed and how he would proceed. I felt her was honest and did not recommend any "unnecessary" procedures just ot charge more. However, his prices are not the lowest.
By the way, they also have TVs in the office. And they are open on Saturdays.

Everyone is extremely nice. I love the new office. I have always been terrified of the dentist and would cry during my cleanings. Dr. Dalin and Feigenbaum have been so understanding and helpful that I now look forward to my cleanings.

The best dentist! There is nothing bad that I can say about him and his office. I would recommend him to anyone!
